As you may already have guessed I quite like pancakes and here are a few more ideas for pancakes cooked in your oven........... no flipping required

Ingredients

6 medium eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter (About 3oz)
3/4 cup Grated Cheddar cheese

Simple Directions

Take a mixing bowl and beat the eggs,
(just a small tip but when using many eggs in a recipe it is a good idea to break them individually into a cup and then add to the other ingredients one at a time from the cup. It does not happen often but if you do get a bad egg it is always the last one you break and then everything has to be thrown away).
Back to the bowl and the beaten eggs! Add the milk, flour and salt and stir until smooth.

Heat the oven up to around 400 degrees and warm a 13 x 9 inch high sided baking dish. You can actually melt the butter in this pan while warming it in the oven!

If you warmed the butter by nuking it or in a saucepan add it to the baking dish and then pour in the batter and place the pan in the oven.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted near the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Serve immediately.

Alternatively you can squeeze a lemon all over it and dust with caster sugar, you could instead zap syrup or honey, then again you could just serve up in slices and allow everyone to decide their own toppings................ it is up to you.
