Maxi Layer Cookie
The tasty stuff
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup melted butter
1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1 1/3 cup of flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .
In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour a quarter of the sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture and then layer on the other ingredients.
If you do not like nuts then add white chocolate chips, it is a very flexible recipe you can add just about anything you fancy. Anyway once you have layered it all nice press it down with a fork or wooden spoon and then pour on the rest of the condensed milk evenly over the mix.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and Cool in the pan on a cooling tray. Once it is cooled cut into squares, bars or diamonds and enjoy.
