Kangkong (Water Convulvulous) is also commonly known as swamp cabbage and is very high in various vitamins, nutrients and minerals. Kangkong is a versatile leafy vegetable that can be cooked in many ways. It is often made into an Adobo, stir fried, pickled or added to dishes as well as turned into one of our specialities "Krispy Kangkong".
