Did you know a 10 gramme serving of brown sugar contains about 15mg of calcium while a white sugar serving contains none.
Did you know that one glass or 225 grammes of buttermilk contains 52% of your daily calcium requirements and and goes off the scale with Vitamin A at 271%. Evaporated milk contains 50% of your Calcium requirements and only 25% of the vitamin A. Soyamilk is down to 11% on calcium and 11% of vitamin A.
Did you know that about 200 gramms of roasted peanuts
gives you 100% of your protein requirement for the day as well as supplying over 50% of an average persons energy requirements at around 1200 calories.
Did you know that Guava is one of the richest sources of Vitamin C a 25 gramme portion giving over 50% of your daily needs, Clamansi would provide around 40%, the same weight iof jackfruit flesh would provide about 2%, Lanzones not even 1%, lychees around 6%......... Now Mangoes are also a good supplier but it depends on the mango..
Unripe Indian Green Mango would give you 25% of your daily Vitamin C in a 25 gramme portion, Manila Super ripe Mango would give 15% while unripe would again deliver 25%................
Under ripe fruit it would seem has more vitamin C...........
