China Seas Salad
Take one Romaine lettuce and after cleaning tear it up and add to that a handful of baby spinach or Kangkong then ad at least a cupful of red cabbage thinly sliced and a handful of radishes also thinly sliced
Take a red onion and finely chop and place the mixed salad ingredients into a serving bowl
Now into a mixing bowl take 4 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar and 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce. Add to that a dollop of Dijon Mustard. One tablespoon of Sesame Oil, a generous splash of Olive oil and add black pepper to taste and mix or whisk these ingredients together well and drizzle over the salad.
Now add 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds sprinkled over the top, toss the salad and serve.
