Bredeco Port Bacolod, Excessive charges, Dirty and lacking Facilities

If ever there was a need for a watchdog then Bredeco Port and its over charging privateer owners are at the top of a list of those needing regulation.
Charges to get out and charges to get in to Bacolod via the RoRo are significantly higher than other Ports in the area and for no better service or facilities. Not only that you have to also pay both ways through the port.
A lack of signage, a dust bowl of a waiting area and some staff that have the charisma and communication skills of a dollop of dog exrement go to make the moments in Bredeco port one to try and forget.
